My Golden Memories 🥰 😇

Let me take you back in 2006, when Shinchan started airing in India:
Shinchan soon became an instant hit after it's airing, due to naughty and bold behaviour of the 5 year-old. It was an anime which was not only enjoyed by kids but also by teenagers and some adults
BUT...mom's quickly realized that the cute kid was a threat to their kids.

He talked rudely to with his parents, teachers and strangers. Many vulgar phrases were refrenced by Shinchan to his mom. Shinchan even called his mom by her name "Mitsy".
He said "Tum" instead of "Aap" to strangers older than him.

Therfore, in 2008, Hungama TV had to stop airing Shinchan as ordered by the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting (India). In 2009, after minor editing, the show was brought back to televisions. However, they rarely aired the original two seasons after 2010, as they contained to much adult humour, which was difficult to edit.

TIME SLOWLY PASSED.............

During 2015-16, the originally dubbed episodes of the first two and a half seasons were redubbed with a new voice. Dialogues were completely changed making them only to be suitable for kids. Even the voice was unsuitable for a 5 year-old, the voice does'nt at all match with the kid.

Even the bollywood songs sung by Shinchan and his dad in the old episodes had to be redubbed due to copyright issues.

Some more Animes which I remember........

When I was of around 4 years of age, I used to watched an anime named "Asari Chan" a lot. This anime followed Asari, a normal fourth-grade girl. She was often teased by her older sister who is talented and smart compared to Asari Chan.

BUT...... after some time many parents started complaining about the main character's behaviour and after some time the show went off-air leaving some blurry memories. After the show went off-air it never reaired again.

 My All time favourite Doraemon.....

On February 13,2005 A hindi, tamil & telugu dub of doraemon started airing on Hungama TV. It became one of the most popular program to be shown on the network (Now shifted to Disney Channel) and continues to be broadcast to this day.

In 2006, after Disney acquired Hungama TV from UTV, they started airing some local shows also. Again the time passed and the dubbing studio shifted from Delhi to Mumbai which resulted in the change of voices.

The new voices were not great as the original ones and this also resulted into declining of the fan base of Doraemon.

There are many more animes which I watched but if I name them one by one the list would take a long time to end. So, I hope you enjoyed reading this small piece of work.
